This application has two platforms for admin and another for employee or other users.
Smart Employee Features:
Smart Employees are based on two platforms One for Admin and other for Employees Smart Apps.
- Company Management: This feature is controlled by Administrator and control all over application. Admin can create multiple branch and can configure all branches under a company.
- Branch Management: A company can create unlimited branches under a company. Every branches can configure its terms and condition separately. Following are the security features of a branch.
- Attendance Area : Branch can defined attendance under which mobile will be activate for the attendance. Out side the radius a user can not give attendance.
- Enable or Disable Facial Attendance: A branch can unable or disable facial or mobile attendance.
- Who are allowed for attendance: A branch can configure employees from other branches can give attendance or not.
- Geo location: Set the location and the area of attendance for employees
- Employee Management: A tight control and security can be applied for the each employee. A can be allowed to use Mobile App and attendance. An employee can be fixed to a particular branch or can give attendance from any where or defined branches.
- Reporting: There are reports like Daily View, Monthly View and Yearly View for the attendance. Other reporting are available like List of Employees, Punch Time, Locations Attendance. There also good thing is that Company ready to generate custom reports on request of Admin users.
- Attendance: After logged in into application user can give attendance from live camera, or selfie. It will work even no Internet and mobile is offline except selfie. When user comes into defined radius device activate its attendance functionality. As par company there will be RFID, Thumb and QR attendance soon in coming version.
- Mobile App: Right now only Android application is available and soon there will be iOS as well as other platform. One Mobile App is assigned to one user and can not be register or attached to user until admin remove its attachment to current user.
- Common Scree for Attendance: There will be also an app which can be installed on Tab and other android based device to use in branch where any one can give attendance. Branch may configure the device as per their requirements for attendance. On this feature company is working and soon it will be available in next release.
- Best Feature: Company is open for Suggestion, Feature Implementation and Company personalized features on very nominal prices.
- Security: Applied best security policy to avoid fake attendance, fake images, fake location using maximum use of Artificial Intelligence or AI.
