Garlic Fried Rice
500g Uncooked Rice (Isaing mo lang yung sakto ang tubig) 20.5 pesos
1/4 cup Vegetable oil – 4.8 pesos
1 1/2 tbsp Minced garlic – 2.5 pesos
1 tbsp Knorr Rostip – 3 pesos (pwede ka gumamit ng Salt o Magic Sarap)
Salt to taste – 10 centavos
Java Rice
500g Uncooked Rice (Isaing mo lang yung sakto ang tubig) – 20.5 pesos
1/8 cup Vegetable oil + 1 tsp Annatto Seeds – 3 pesos
1/8 cup margarine – 7.25 pesos
1 tsp Minced garlic – 5 pesos
1 tbsp Oyster sauce – 90 centavos
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup – 70 centavos
1 tsp Turmeric Powder – 50 centavos
Salt & pepper to taste – 50 centavos

Step-by-Step Instructions:
I-marinate ang karne (kung tapsilog or tocilog):
Para sa tapa: timplahan ang beef strips with soy sauce, calamansi, sugar, garlic, pepper, at optional seasoning granules.
Para sa tocino: ihalo ang pork with sugar, pineapple juice, red food coloring, salt, and curing mix (optional).
I-marinate ng at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
I-prepare ang garlic rice:
Mag-init ng mantika sa kawali at igisa ang minced garlic hanggang golden brown.
Idagdag ang leftover rice at haluin hanggang mainit at malasa.
Season with salt or soy sauce, depende sa gusto mo.
I-prito ang ulam:
Iprito ang marinated tapa, tocino, longganisa, or hotdog hanggang luto at slightly caramelized.
For longganisa: tusukin muna bago i-prito para hindi pumutok.
I-prito ang itlog:
Fry sunny-side up eggs or cook based on customer preference (sunny, scrambled, or well-done).
I-plate ang silog combo:
Sa isang food tray or bilao: lagay ng 1 cup garlic rice, 1 fried egg, and 1 serving of your chosen meat.
Optional: add atchara or sliced tomato on the side.
I-pack for selling:
Gumamit ng styro or microwavable trays with lids.
Lagyan ng spoon, fork, tissue, and branded sticker if possible.
