Salads:
Moroccan Eggplant Salad
Brine:
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
salt
Black pepper to taste
Layer the Salad:
2 thinly sliced jalapeños
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 shallot, thinly sliced
Spinach Salad with Mango & Apple:
Ingredients: Cubed mango, cubed apple, handful of craisins
Sweet Mustard Dressing: 1/4 Cup Oil, 2 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp honey, salt & pepper
Arugula Salad with Lemon Honey Dressing:
Ingredients: Arugula, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shallots
Dressing: Juice of 1 lemon, ¼ cup oil, 2 tbsp honey, 1 clove minced garlic, salt & pepper
Ultimate Moist Honey Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup avocado oil (or neutral oil of choice)
1 cup honey
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
3 large eggs, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup warm coffee or strong tea
½ cup orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13
Slowly add dry mixture to wet. Don’t over-mix.
Bake: 50–55 min (9×13) OR 45–50 min (loaf pans). Toothpick should come out clean but moist.
Cool completely. Best enjoyed the next day once flavors deepen.
🥶 Freezes beautifully!! Be sure to wrap it really well in plastic wrap.
This cake is rich, fluffy, and perfect to serve with apples and pomegranates for a sweet New Year.
Soft & Chewy Honey Cookies – Oil-Based Viral Recipe!
Ingredients (Makes ~24 cookies):
⅓ cup neutral oil (avocado, canola, or sunflower)
½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar (for rolling)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
bake10–12 minutes.
Let cool a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
These cookies are soft, chewy, and irresistible! Try them and let me know how they turn out.
🥶 They freeze beautifully but need parchment paper between each cookie so they don’t stick.

7 Honey Crisp Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced thinly
1/2 a lemon squeezed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
For the crumble topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
12 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, diced
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve warm with ice cream.
Oil-Based Honey Cookies (Soft & Chewy)
Ingredients (Makes ~18 cookies):

½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar, packed
